- Kathy Carlton Willis grew up in small-town America and married her highschool sweetheart, Russ. They both graduated from Baptist Bible College. Kathy is a freelancer, and works as: writer, editor, publicist, writer’s coach, book doctor, speaker, and more. Kathy is somewhat of a grammar guru, with columns for writers appearing in several publications, including ByLine Magazine. She has a background in newspaper journalism, working as copyeditor and feature writer for The Sunday Challenger. She loves encouraging other writers, and believes in paying it forward in the industry. Kathy and Russ share their home with two fur-babies, Jazzy and Libby. They’ve been in ministry for over 20 years. Others admire Kathy’s passion and zest for life. Her life is a testimony of God’s sufficient grace in the face of adversity. Kathy is also well respected for her practical and often humorous messages full of hope and insight. Audiences are impacted by Kathy’s willingness to be transparent during her messages and also wait for one-on-one time with her after her speaking events. Kathy, thank you SO much! my DVR shut off before he sang and he's my favorite so I was a wreck! but thanks to you I got to see it and I really appreciate your posting this.
THANK YOU for posting the link - and so promptly after the show aired! I missed Adam's performance and was thrilled to see it (saw them all except his). Still pulling for Danny, however, I believe these two will be battling in the end. Thanks again!!

I do love Danny, and support him for living out his faith in such a positive, inspirational way. But judging just on music alone, Adam is in a class of his own.

Wow. I agree totally with you, Kathy, that Adam is in a class by himself. Sheer beauty when he sings. Yes, hope Danny makes the finals--he's a fine singer and a great influence.
